 It is totally recommended for your physical as well as mental health. Your colleagues want to order a pizza and they asked if you want to join them. You can’t say no because you don’t want to be the odd one out.

Well, being the odd one out isn’t necessarily a bad thing, especially, when it leads to making better food decisions. Let them order those nasty carbs while you load up on some healthy food options.

6. Carry your food-

 We tend to treat our bodies like garbage bins. We don’t think before consuming anything and everything, as long as it satisfies our taste buds, and then we complain that we don’t feel that energetic.
